Brick Customisation
So, does anyone else here use Firefox, and more importantly, what have you done to customise it?

For my firefox, I use the Chromifox Basic theme, which uses the best parts of Chrome's awesome theme but without the tabs on top etc.

I use a huge number of addons, and am constantly having to delete old ones to stop it loading to slowly!

Brief (RSS Reader) is something I use everyday, greasemonkey, stylish and NoScript are keeping ads away and pages looking good. The Hilarious Webcomics Manager keeps all my manga and comics organised. The custom buttons addon places the websites I use daily on my toolbars, and a million others run firefox the way I want.

I also uses spaces and keyboard shortcuts to keep my toolbars tidy, with the File Edit etc in the center.

PHP Code:
<?php mysql_query("SELECT FROM users WHERE clue > 0");
/* 0 rows returned */ ?>

RE: Customisation
I used to use Firefox, and I still have it installed incase I need it.
I use the default skin, and the addons I use are:
  • ColourfulTabs
  • CoolIris
  • Firefox Showcase
  • PDF Download
  • Tab Mix Plus
  • WOT (web of trust)
I've got a few others, but I disabled them because I didn't particularly like them, and I didn't want to get rid of them in case I decided I changed my mind late.

RE: Customisation
Don't really bother with themes but have a few add ons for web design and messed about with about:config to make things just right:
  • User Agent Switcher - Makes FF say it's IE6, iPhone or whatever
  • YSlow - Page Performance Tool
  • Weave - Mozilla thing for syncing bookmarks across computers
  • Web Developer - Lots of handy things for editing sites
  • Firebug - Tells you about errors
  • FireFTP - For uploading final changes
  • English British Dictionary etc - To help my spellingz and make things simple
  • Edited cache set-up for better performance on an SSD and so on

My about:config is like a 10 year old Windows 95 registry - messy.

I use these as well Guests cannot see images in the forums. Please register to the forum by clicking here to see images.
  • User Agent Switcher
  • Weave
  • English British Dictionary

Weave is very good. Syncs almost everything, passwords, bookmarks and more. I think add-on, but I'm not sure.

As far as I know, the only way to stop it is by resizing the image, in the future, I would recommend this, but make sure that if it's a screenshot you can still clearly see what needs to be seen.
